About the Instructors

Mark Minges

Mark Minges — Practical Oil Analysis
Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS), Oil Monitoring Analyst (OMA)
Chief Operating Officer, POLARIS Laboratories®

Minges has been involved in oil analysis for over 27 years. His experience ranges from owning and operating a small fleet of Class-8 trucks to repairing and maintaining off-shore drilling platforms in the Gulf of Mexico. Minges began his career with POLARIS Laboratories® as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, then moved to Chief Operating Officer to capitalize on his strengths as a data analyst and technical consultant. He's conducted laboratory testing, sold testing services and now works with OEM's and equipment design engineers to continually improve our auto-commenting and flagging systems.

Mark Minges

Henry Neicamp — Practical Oil Analysis
Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS), Oil Monitoring Analyst (OMA)
Field Services Manager, POLARIS Laboratories®

Neicamp has over 30 years of technical sales, engineering and management experience in the lubricants marketplace. Neicamp began his career as a Field Engineer for Seismograph Service Corporation and Dresser Industries. He was a Sales Engineer and Technical Services Manager for Pennzoil-Quaker State and a Technical Sales Engineer for Warren Oil Company, supporting automotive, fleet/commercial, industrial, and metalworking customers.

Elizabeth Nelson

Elizabeth Nelson — Coolant Analysis and Cooling System Maintenance
Coolant Program Manager, POLARIS Laboratories®

Nelson joined the POLARIS Laboratories® team after more than 20 years as a coolant testing and analysis consultant. She has assisted major engine and coolant manufacturers with cooling system preventive maintenance and failure analysis and authored five coolant-related publications. With more than 30 years of research and development experience, Nelson has provided cooling system maintenance training and field services to reliability professionals, manufacturers, product representatives, fleet owners and mechanics around the world.
