National Sales & Support Team

POLARIS Laboratories® is the fastest growing oil, fuel and coolant analysis laboratory in the country. We employ regional territory sales managers to work with our customers to increase value with access to all support services.

Brett Minges

Brett Minges, Vice President, Sales, has extensive fluid analysis and sales experience with multiple nationally recognized companies. Minges has been Area General Manager for Stewart & Stevenson, a distributor for Detroit Diesel and Allison products. He has also been General Manager for Oklahoma Operations for a Cummins distributor, Marketing Manager for Ferodo America, a National Account Manager for Fleetguard, Inc., and a partner in Lubricon, a fluid analysis laboratory once based in Indiana. Minges is located at POLARIS Laboratories®' headquarters in Indianapolis.

Bill Salmon

Bill Salmon, National Account Manager, has more than 20 years experience in the commercial and industrial lubricants industries with an operations and sales background. His career in the lubricant market has been spent with blenders and compounders and one company with an in-house fluid analysis program. After having progressed through the operations ranks with a manufacturer in the automotive aftermarket, his career has been focused on general management including sales responsibility for major and national accounts throughout North America. Salmon is based at POLARIS Laboratories®' headquarters in Indianapolis.

Linda Pascali

Linda Pascali, Northeast Territory Sales Manager, has 20 years of analytical laboratory testing experience. Pascali began her career as a medical technologist where she acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. Additionally, she has over 10 years of experience in the oil and oil analysis industries as a technical sales representative for Shell Oil, a lubricants distributor for Neslo Petroleum and a chemist for Mobil Oil Corporation. Pascali is based in Philadelphia.

Christine Furlong

Christine Furlong, Midwest Territory Sales Manager, has over 19 years of sales experience as both an OEM Corporate Account Manager and a heavy duty Commercial and Industrial Product Sales Manager for Valvoline, a division of Ashland, Inc. While at Valvoline, Furlong has managed national and international OEM private label and Valvoline branded lubricants, antifreeze and chemical programs. She was also responsible for sales territory management for both Castrol Oil (now BP Lubricants) and Stuart Petroleum. Furlong is based in Indianapolis.

Scot Tani

Scot Tani, Southeast Sales Manager, has over 17 years of sales and analytical laboratory testing experience. Tani began his career as a laboratory technician with United Testing Group before moving to inside sales. Additionally, Tani was a Territory Sales Manager for CTC Analytical Services, a Sales Manager for Caterpillar Equipment, and a Technical Data Manager for Analyst, Inc. Tani is based in Atlanta.

Michael Wells

Michael Wells, Southwest Territory Sales Manager, has over 14 years of sales and management experience in the lubricants and fuel marketplace providing operational support to the oil, petrochemical and manufacturing industries. He was a regional sales manager for National Draeger, an international manufacturer of combustible gas detection; Universal Lubricants, an independent manufacturer of industrial lubricants; as well as Vecenergy Resources, a treatment service company for distressed fuels. Wells is based in Houston.

Burke Rigby

Burke Rigby, Pacific West Sales Manager, has over 15 years of sales and management experience with heavy equipment in the mining and construction industries. He was a regional sales manager for Wheeler Machinery Company, a full-service Caterpillar equipment dealer, and also a regional sales manager for Arnold Machinery Company, a full-service distributor of Volvo and Hitachi heavy equipment. Rigby is based in Salt Lake City.

Doug Rolls

Doug Rolls, Canada Territory Sales Manager, has over 10 years of experience in the oil analysis industry. He has previously held both sales and management positions with Stavely Services, Canada, Inc. (formerly CTC Analytical, now ALS) and AGAT Laboratories. He has been actively involved with the Alberta Chapter of the Society for Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers and has served on the Board of the Alberta Fleet Maintenance Supervisor's Association in Edmonton for many years in various portfolios. Rolls majored in Business Management at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
