KP Series

The KP series pushbutton sampling valve taps hot active fluid in pressurized systems in seconds. Tested for 1 million cycles, this valve installs in minutes while the unique rotating spout allows one hand sampling. The compact design comes with a choice of threads and seals. No probes required.

KST Series

The KST Series probe sampling valve is easy to use. The probe taps hot active fluid in pressurized systems in seconds. Tested for 1 million cycles, this valve includes a rugged metal cap with backup seal. The KST Series comes with a choice of threads and seals.

Vacuum Pump

The Vacuum Pump is used to extract samples from a dipstick or non-pressurized system. The pump is attached to the sample jar, a tube is inserted into the pump and then into the dipstick or oil fill about half-way. By activating the pump handle, the sample jar should then be fill about 3/4 full. Tubing is available in 100 ft. and 1,000 ft. rolls. Sample jars and tubing sold separately.

Red Cap

The Red Cap Push Button Valve can be installed on any pressurized system with 4 to 100 lbs psi and should also be installed upstream of the filter. Every Red Cap Valve is checked for leaks, and every cap checked for cleanliness at completion of manufacture. Available in 1/4″ and 1/8″ sizes, the Red Cap Valve is fast, safe and does not require any tubing or additional items to complete sampling. Wearing protective gloves when taking samples from engines or any unit where operating temperatures exceed 160 degrees, as the red cap can become extremely hot during sampling. Order Red Cap
