Field Services Team
Our Field Services Division has expanded POLARIS Laboratories®' network of technical services and customer support with private and public training classes, program reviews and assessments and assistance with every facet of fluid analysis program management.
Henry Neicamp, Field Services Manager, brings over 30 years of technical sales, engineering and management experience in the petroleum industry and lubricants marketplace. Early in his career Henry was a well logging engineer for Seismograph Service Corporation and Dresser Industries. He was a sales engineer and technical services manager for Pennzoil-Quaker State and a technical sales engineer for Warren Oil Company, supporting automotive, fleet/commercial, industrial, and metalworking customers. Henry is CLS and OMA certified by STLE and is based in Marion, IL.

Elizabeth Nelson, Coolant Program Manager, has more than 30 years of research and development experience. Elizabeth developed the coolant program at POLARIS Laboratories® and implemented IC, HPLC and advanced testing methods. She has provided cooling system maintenance training and field services to reliability professionals, manufacturers, product representatives, fleet owners and mechanics around the world. Elizabeth is a member of ASTM and TMC.

Dave Tingey, Field Services Engineer, has more than 15 years industrial and manufacturing experience with previous experience in the US Navy repairing and maintaining turbines, boilers, power generation equipment and associated auxiliary equipment. Previously a POLARIS Laboratories® Level III Data Analyst, Dave has over five years experience in the oil analysis industry and has provided oil analysis training and field services to reliability professionals, fleet owners and mechanics across the country. Dave is CLS and OMA certified by STLE and a member of SMRP.
